Earth Connection Community is a 501(c)(3) religious organization that holds sacred ceremony retreats in the indigenous Shipibo-Quechua tradition. This enrollment form is for participants who have affirmed a sincere spiritual purpose and wish to join one of our upcoming sacred ayahuasca ceremony retreats.
